Although company have lift the late-penalty, doesn’t mean you can work less than 40 hours per week. Please understand that working less than 40 hours per week will be resulting on deduction on your salary monthly basis / deducting leave / deducting overtime.
Example A :
You work only 35H this week, but you submit overtime for 7 hours.
Result : 7 overtime – 5 hours work-time-deficiency = you will only get 2H overtime paid.
Example B :
You work only 35H this week, will result in 5 hours prorate deduction of your salary :
5/160 x Salary
Example C :
You work only 35H this week, 5H leave will be deducted from you exisiting Leave.
